July 11th - Inventory Intake
Cutoff: No new inventory will be accepted for the Request For Offers sale after
this date.
August 1st - Official Public
Announcement: The official public announcement of the Request for Offers sale,
a preview of featured properties, and a timeline for prospective purchasers on
this date. Featured properties secured for the sale will include the Olympia
Brewery and Lake
Kapowsin.
August 15th - Guidebook and
Sale Catalog Published: A guidebook and sales catalog with detailed
descriptions of all properties included in the Request for Offers sale will be
published.
September 5th - 24th (EXPIRED)- Sale Book Release and “Buy
Out” Provision Now Available: On September 5th, Request for Offer Sale
Book packages will be published for each individual property. This will be
available online and in print by request. Also, from September 1st through
September 24th 2008, prospective purchaser may exercise the “buy
out” provision of the sale. Any property sold within the “buy
out” provision will not be entered into the Sealed Bid sales portion of
the Request for Offers.
October 10th (EXPIRED) - Seal Bid Sale: Bids for
properties are due October 10th, 2008 at 12 o’clock
PST.
